The Role: Creative, Digital, & Strategic

In this high-visibility role, you won’t just be building slides. You will be a digital architect, taking dense policy documents and system specifications and turning them into “sticky,” learner-centric experiences for a large, dispersed workforce.

What you’ll be doing:

• Storylining & Development: Rapidly building modules in Rise 360 and high-end interactions in Storyline.
• Multimedia Production: Producing polished video assets, screen recordings, and voiceovers.
• AI Acceleration: Using AI writing and image generation tools to push the boundaries of content speed and quality.
• SME Partnership: Collaborating with national subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and professional.
