E-Commerce & Retail Operations Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in-store and over the phone/WhatsApp.
2. Handle customer queries, returns and exchanges.
3. Upload and manage products on Shopify, Amazon, Myntra and other marketplaces.
4. Update website banners, collections and product information.
5. Assist with basic digital marketing tasks such as publishing approved content when required.
6. Support day-to-day store and business operations.

Other requirements

1. Graduate (any discipline).

2. Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

3. Comfortable using computers.

4. Organised, responsible, and willing to learn.

5. Enjoys interacting with customers.

6. Can adapt to different types of work in a startup environment.
