Job Description

How you will make an impact

• Provide administration and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
• Coordinate communications, events, and community program administration.
• Support financial processes, including expenses, donations, and reconciliations.
• Maintain employee, volunteer, and facility records and documentation.
• Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and mission-focused team environment.

What you will bring

• Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience
• Demonstrated administration and financial support experience, with strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and engage with diverse communities.
• A national police record check is required
• NSW Working With Children Check is required
• Ability to work on site
