Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee group-related projects supported by Global Wealth & Fintech team across all iFAST Group entities (iFAST Global Bank & all IFAST wealth management platforms across SG/HK/MY/CN).
• Assist in gathering project requirements for system development, managing scope, timeline, risks, and issues, while overseeing the full project lifecycle from development to testing and deployment.
• Work with respective regional teams across banking and wealth management divisions to coordinate and incept new process flows (e.g. standard operating procedures) for business operations.
• Assist in preparing business and project review meetings, including tracking product statistics, analysing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve product scalability and operational efficiency.
• Manage IT project costs within the department’s budget, with a focus on optimising resource allocation to ensure business requirements are met in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Act as a central liaison point for resolving inter-group operational or IT issues.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (IT-related fields)
• Strong understanding of iFAST IT systems and the operational logic of iFAST platforms, with the ability to gather and analyse business requirements for Group-related projects and translate them into clear system implementation requirements.
• Strong business sense, communication, & interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and well-organised with strong operational domain knowledge, with ability to develop and implement or draft standard operating procedures from ground up.
• Ability to work independently and deal with multiple departments across different regions
