Job Description

Responsibilities

• Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to drive program enrollments

• Understand customer goals and recommend suitable fitness/nutrition programs

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Handle objections effectively and close sales confidently

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience

Requirements • 12 years of experience in telesales / inside sales

• Graduate in any discipline

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Strong follow-up and closing ability

• Good time management and discipline

• Comfortable working in a remote setup
