- Maintain and nurture existing business relationships, fostering strong commercial and personal connections with partners at all levels, and negotiate favorable commercial and financial terms.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to achieve team sales targets.
- Conduct regular site visits, providing on-site and online support to agents, conducting trainings and webinars, and introducing new products to drive sales.
- Utilize BI tools to monitor daily client and team performance, driving improved results.
- Coordinate with support departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide regular reporting to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position within the travel industry.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent business communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales management skills in a B2B/API environment.
- Proven track record of developing new/existing sales, preferably within an online travel platform.
- Strong network and sales skills within the Baltics travel industry.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
