Responsibilities
- Define and own the organization-wide L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and future capability requirements.
- Partner with senior leadership, HR, and business heads to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
- Establish L&D as a strategic enabler of business performance and talent transformation.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing L&D team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in learning strategy, leadership development, and organizational capability building.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link learning outcomes to business results.
- Experience with digital learning platforms, learning analytics, and modern L&D tools.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution and change management capabilities.
- People leadership and team development skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12-18+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 57 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and scaling enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
- Certifications such as SHRM, ATD, CIPD, or equivalent are an added advantage.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
