Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential corporate clients across industries.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, referrals, and other channels.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with decision-makers such as HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM regularly.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Good internet research and prospecting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
