Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests from hypothesis to recommendation.
- Investigate product and user behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
- Improve conversion and retention metrics by identifying and addressing user drop-off points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate product improvements.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Analytics, or a related role within a B2C product environment.
- Experience running experiments and understanding experimentation fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, user insights, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
