Job Description

Responsibilities  

  1. Achieve regional revenue targets across both primary and secondary sales channels.
  2. Drive expansion of the sales network by adding and activating new dealers.
  3. Ensure profitability and healthy turnover across the sales network.
  4. Maximize market coverage by increasing town and outlet penetration within the assigned region.
  5. Maintain strong financial discipline by ensuring timely collections and controlling outstanding payments (DSO).

Qualifications-

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales management and leadership, with a proven track record preferably in industries such as High Pressure Laminates (HPL), Paints, Plywood, Hardware, Tiles and Ceramics.
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and dealer performance; proficiency in MS Excel required.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and training field sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (25% – 50%+) within the assigned region.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build and manage strong B2B relationships.
