Solution Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a full-time Oracle GoldenGate Solution Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex real-time data replication pipelines to securely stream mission-critical Fiserv DNA core banking data into a retail banking environment hosted on Microsoft Azure

• Pipeline Management: Design and support CDC pipelines using Oracle GoldenGate, managing Extract, Replicat, and Trail configurations.
• Performance & Support: Maintain high availability, troubleshoot replication latency, and resolve data consistency issues.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with DBA, security, and cloud infrastructure teams to safely onboard new data streams.
• Automation & Observability: Build operational standards and CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools like Terraform and Splunk.

Essential Requirements

• Deep enterprise experience with Oracle Golden Gate, CDC internals, and heterogeneous architectures.
• Hands-on experience bridging core banking/on-premises legacy systems with cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge integrating with Kafka or similar event-driven streaming platforms is highly desirable.
