Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical service delivery for Banking & Payments platforms
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and service quality targets are consistently met
• Lead stakeholder governance meetings and delivery reviews
• Coordinate across development, QA, infrastructure, support, and vendor teams
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Oversee production support, incident, problem, and change management
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support cloud transformation and modernization programs
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
• Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, and vendor performance
• Oversee application releases and production deployments
• Maintain strong communication with business and technical stakeholders
