Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage end-to-end revenue operations processes covering lead-to-cash workflows
  • Administer and optimise CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue intelligence tools (Gong, Clari, Chorus)
  • Develop sales forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and revenue reporting dashboards
  • Define, track, and report on key revenue KPIs including pipeline velocity, win rates, churn, and LTV
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes, data, and tools
  • Lead territory planning, quota setting, and compensation modelling in coordination with finance and leadership
  • Identify and eliminate revenue process bottlenecks through data-driven analysis
  • Manage integrations between CRM, marketing automation, billing, and finance systems
  • Drive adoption of AI and automation tools to improve outreach, qualification, and forecasting accuracy
  • Produce monthly and quarterly business review materials for executive leadership
  • Onboard and train revenue team members on systems, processes, and reporting tools.
