Description

Summary: We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Developer to join a growing enterprise technology team responsible for the design, development, integration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This position will serve as a technical leader across Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and related Microsoft technologies, helping drive scalable solutions, system performance, and enterprise-wide integrations. Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Develop customizations, extensions, integrations, and reporting solutions within D365 F&O
  • Build and support integrations using APIs, OData, and Microsoft integration technologies
  • Design and maintain scalable solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and related platforms
  • Manage deployments, code promotion, and environment strategy through Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and provide root cause analysis for production incidents
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to development team members
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support data migration, reporting, and system enhancement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) or Dynamics AX development experience
  • Strong X++ development experience including extensions, customizations, event handlers, and Chain of Command
  • Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, OData, data entities, and custom services
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and application lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), deployments, environment management, and code promotion
  • Experience supporting full software development lifecycle from design through production support
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and supporting D365 F&O environments, building customizations and integrations, managing deployments, and partnering with functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization experience
  • Experience developing SSRS reports and supporting data management activities
  • Strong understanding of development best practices, code quality, and enterprise application architecture
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) experience
  • Dual-write and Dataverse integration experience
  • Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, or other Azure integration technologies
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Finance and Supply Chain Management module exposure
  • Experience mentoring developers or leading technical workstreams
