Role Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Marketing Designer to join our growing team. As a Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling designs for marketing campaigns, supporting branding efforts, designing graphics and visuals, and collaborating on web design projects. You will play a key role in enhancing our visual identity and creating engaging content for online and offline channels. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tallinn, with the option for partial remote work.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Maintaining brand guidelines that define how Lendermarket looks across every touchpoint.
  • Ensuring consistency in our visual identity across all projects, from campaigns to product.
  • Designing high-quality marketing assets: organic social content ( Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tik-Tok ), printed material, layouts for website banners and e-mails, display and video ads, motion graphics, animation and more.
  • Create print-ready designs for promotional materials, event collateral
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to integrate visuals seamlessly.
  • Building reusable assets and structured design approaches that help the whole team move faster.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 + years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams where design influenced outcomes, not just execution.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and manage your own deadlines without dropping quality.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, you notice things others miss.
  • Clear communication: you can take feedback and give direction equally well.
  • Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS, or experience in fintech / digital industries, UI/UX knowledge.
