Job Description

Responsibilities:

High-Volume Creative Production: Design static ads for platforms like Meta and Google, focusing on clarity, strong visual hierarchy, and conversion-oriented messaging.

Creative Experimentation: Develop new visual concepts and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights.

AI-Enhanced Workflow: Use AI tools to speed up ideation and production as part of your daily workflow.

Collaborative Execution: Work closely with Marketing Managers, following clear briefs and incorporating feedback efficiently.

Trend Awareness: Stay aware of social media trends and platform-specific aesthetics in static performance ads.

Execution Under Deadlines: Handle multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Required Skills:
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in graphic design (performance marketing experience preferred).
• Design Fundamentals: Solid foundation in graphic design principles (typography, layout, color, hierarchy), demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• AI Tooling: Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate or enhance design assets.
• Growth Mindset: High motivation to learn, adapt, and improve quickly in a performance-driven environment.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.

Nice to Have:
• Motion Skills: Basic knowledge of After Effects or video editing is a plus.
• Performance Marketing Exposure: Understanding of how creatives impact user acquisition and conversion metrics.
