Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Success
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, discuss business objectives, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value.
- Act as a customer advocate within Powerfleet, ensuring customer needs and priorities are understood and addressed.
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Identify, develop, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Powerfleet portfolio.
- Understand customer challenges, operational goals, and business initiatives to align Powerfleet solutions with customer needs.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within assigned accounts.
- Develop account plans that support revenue retention and growth objectives.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and account performance updates.
Risk Management & Retention
- Monitor account health and proactively identify risks that could impact customer satisfaction, retention, or revenue.
- Develop and execute mitigation plans to address customer concerns and reduce churn risk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce and other business systems.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer priorities, and competitive offerings.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations that help customers achieve their business objectives.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback with internal stakeholders to support product and business strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3ā5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development within a B2B environment.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, IoT, telematics, fleet management, or related industries is preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and driving account growth.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into actionable business solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Bachelorās degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
