Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative Video Content Producer with both creative vision and technical range -equally at home filming live events, building motion graphics, implementing AI content.

You’ll own the video identity across our brands: shaping the visual language, setting the quality bar, and producing scroll-stopping content. You think like a social media page owner, know what makes audiences tick, and take full ownership of your craft.

What You’ll Do

Shoot & Produce

  • Film and edit polished video content across formats: social clips, vlogs, event coverage, brand stories, and interviews
  • Travel with the team to events – plan content in advance, execute confidently on the ground, and deliver edited assets quickly
  • Produce scroll-stopping short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Develop longer-form content (vlogs, brand films, event recaps) that builds authority and community

Animation, Motion & 3D

  • Design and produce motion graphics, animated intros/outros, lower thirds, and branded transitions
  • Work with 3D elements, pre-built assets, and product visualizations – integrating and animating them into video content to elevate overall production quality; ability to create simple 3D scenes from scratch is a plus
  • Build reusable animation templates and asset libraries for each brand
  • Blend live footage with motion and 3D elements seamlessly for a polished final output

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Develop a distinct, consistent video style for each brand – including color grading, typography, sound design, and motion language
  • Ensure every piece of content is instantly recognizable as part of its brand world
  • Evolve the visual identity over time based on trends and performance data

Strategy & Ideas

  • Proactively generate content ideas – research what’s working, test new formats, bring bold concepts to the table
  • Repurpose long-form content intelligently into multiple short-form assets
  • Track performance and use data to shape future creative decisions
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging content formats

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Strong, diverse portfolio showing real range – social content, motion graphics, event footage, 3D, AI integration, brand films
  • Expert-level camera skills: handheld, studio, events, varied lighting conditions
  • Advanced video editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Motion graphics & animation: After Effects, kinetic typography, dynamic transitions
  • 3D integration: Cinema 4D or Blender – compositing, animation, and working with pre-built 3D assets
  • Sound design basics: music selection, audio mixing, SFX layering
  • Color grading across different formats and shooting conditions
  • Strong instinct for viral, platform-native content
  • Self-starter who generates ideas and takes full ownership

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI-powered production tools (video generation, image synthesis, voiceover, upscaling) and curiosity about AI automation workflows
  • Experience managing or growing social media channels from scratch
