Ai Voice, Video & Build Agent Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Design and deploy AI voice assistants and conversational agents using platforms such as OpenAI Realtime API, ElevenLabs, AssemblyAI, and Whisper
• Build AI video analysis and generation solutions leveraging tools including RunwayML, Synthesia, D-ID, and Pika Labs
• Develop autonomous AI build agents using frameworks such as LangChain Agents, AutoGen, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex
• Integrate voice and video AI capabilities with enterprise applications, contact centres, and digital channels
• Design prompting strategies, agentic workflows, and tool-calling pipelines for multi-step task automation
• Conduct performance testing and optimisation of latency-sensitive voice and video AI systems
• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and user journeys for AI agent experiences
• Stay current with emerging voice, video, and agent AI research and apply relevant innovations to client solutions
• Produce technical documentation and demonstrate solutions to clients and stakeholders.
