Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identity and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and client referrals
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationship with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform dealer/distributor mapping in assigned areas.
- Update daily visit reports and maintain CRM or Excel based trackers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence data.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs when required.
- Should able to handle collections and dealer coordination.
Requirements:
- Any Degree with prior sales experience
- 1 – 2 yrs of proven Sales experience in FMCG or ‘Beverage sales’ will be an added advantage.
- Open to local candidates from Trichy and nearby areas
- Ability to travel to field work across allocated areas.
- Good communication and analytical skills and interest in data collection & reporting.
- Must have two wheeler with valid license
