Sales Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identity and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and client referrals
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationship with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform dealer/distributor mapping in assigned areas.
• Update daily visit reports and maintain CRM or Excel based trackers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence data.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs when required.
• Should able to handle collections and dealer coordination.

Requirements:

• Any Degree with prior sales experience
• 1 – 2 yrs of proven Sales experience in FMCG or ‘Beverage sales’ will be an added advantage.
• Open to local candidates from Trichy and nearby areas
• Ability to travel to field work across allocated areas.
• Good communication and analytical skills and interest in data collection & reporting.
• Must have two wheeler with valid license
