Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Lead Management: Connect with warm inbound leads (students, parents, and institutional inquiries) generated through our active marketing channels via calls and emails.
  • Consultative Sales & Counseling: Understand customer requirements, provide detailed guidance on relevant programs, and drive admissions/service enrollments.
  • Corporate Account Management: Build relationships with local tutors, institutions, and learning center owners to assist them with our service offerings.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales/enrollment targets.
  • Data Maintenance: Track and update all daily leads, communication logs, and customer interactions accurately in our internal CRM/tracker.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or EdTech sales (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
  • Key Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi, active listening, relationship management, and basic computer knowledge.
  • Infrastructure: Must have a functional laptop/smartphone and a stable internet connection at home.
