Job Description
This role combines customer service and technology in equal measure.
You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across our business, providing outstanding customer service while assisting users with day-to-day technology needs. You’ll troubleshoot issues, create documentation, assist with projects and gain exposure to a broad range of modern technologies and business systems.
Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you’ll receive mentoring, hands-on experience and genuine opportunities for career development
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys helping people and delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can create clear documentation and communicate professionally
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
- Enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Holds a current driver’s licence
- Has completed, or is currently studying towards, an Information Technology qualification
- Microsoft 365 experience is advantageous
