Job Description

Key Duties:

  • Manage incoming mails, parcels, payment collections, and monthly report preparation.
  • Assist with service-related administrative tasks, including campaign checks, parts ordering, quotation preparation, purchase orders, and invoice issuance.
  • Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery arrangements and monitor outstanding service jobs.
  • Follow up with customers on surveys and maintain accurate service, warranty, and job order records.

Requirements:

  • Min ‘O’ Level
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
