Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering and Construction
- Position Title: Customer Support Officer
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: 5 days (Shift Rotation: Morning Shift 7:00am–4:00pm; Afternoon Shift 1:30pm–10:30pm; Night Shift 10:15pm–7:15am)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,300 + Night Shift Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Contract Role (Opportunity for Permanent Conversion)
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers on work schedules, service requests, and related activities.
- Coordinate with operations coordinators on work schedules, manpower planning, and job arrangements.
- Answer and record incoming requests from customers.
- Share work requests with the operations team for follow-up.
- Update work orders and schedules accurately.
- Prepare call record summaries, including subcontractor work requests.
- Ensure tools and equipment are issued and returned in good working condition.
- Perform data entry and maintain records.
