Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
2. Convert enquiries into paid consultations while delivering a premium customer experience.
3. Build trust with clients through consultative selling rather than aggressive sales tactics.
4. Deliver a warm, professional, and high-touch customer experience at every interaction.
5. Educate clients on numerology, pet numerology, life consulting, and business consulting services.
6. Handle customer objections confidently while guiding prospective clients.
7. Ensure every client feels heard, respected, and well-informed throughout the consultation process.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records and track leads from enquiry to closure.
9. Conduct timely follow-ups with warm and cold prospects to maximize conversions.
10. Maintain high conversion rates through structured follow-up processes.
11. Achieve monthly revenue and consultation targets.
12. Increase average order value through relevant upselling and cross-selling.
13. Drive repeat business and client referrals.
14. Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across different channels.
15. Prepare daily sales updates, weekly pipeline reviews, monthly performance reports, lead source analysis, conversion analysis, and revenue forecasts.
