Your new role
As a Sales Support Officer, you’ll manage finance applications end-to-end, ensuring deals are structured, processed and settled efficiently while delivering a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Manage deals from submission through to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Liaise with vendors, funders and customers to progress applications and resolve queries
- Analyse applications, including reviewing client financials and structuring deals for submission
- Support Account Executives by handling day-to-day deal flow and stakeholder communication
- Proactively identify and resolve issues across credit, documentation and vendor queries
- Take ownership of your pipeline, ensuring strong turnaround times and service levels in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in customer service or sales support role
- Experience in financial services is desired but not required
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
