Job Description
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English ,Hindi & Arabic (Preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or telecalling experience preferred.
- Experience in Telecom or Banking sector is an advantage.
- Candidates above 28 years preferred.
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
