Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Demonstrate PocketHost products and explain their benefits to prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize conversions and retention.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product improvements.
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS, websites, mobile applications, or digital products.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
