Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new customers and understanding their business processes.
- Support ERP implementation including data setup, user configuration, and workflow mapping.
- Provide training to clients on Borg Desk Workplace modules and features.
- Track customer usage and promote better product adoption.
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with internal support teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and maintain strong relationship for long-term engagement.
- Maintain documentation: call logs, progress reports, support queries, FAQs etc.
- Help customers utilize automation and MIS reports to improve efficiency.
- Participate in weekly reviews to ensure project timelines are achieved.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts etc.)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to learn software quickly and explain it in simple terms
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Patience and customer-centric attitude
