Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct product presentations and live demos for customers, prospects, and partners.
- Manage the complete customer onboarding process from sign-up to successful platform adoption.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to communicate customer requirements and provide updates.
- Engage professionally with senior stakeholders, executives, and business partners.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to product and service improvements.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, onboarding progress, and communication logs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relations, Account Management, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex products in a simple and engaging manner.
- Willingness to work 5:00 PM IST – 2:00 AM IST.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
