Job Description
What we’re looking for:
- Certificate IV or higher qualification in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing IT technical support in a service desk or technical support environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications such as CRM/ERP, line-of-business systems and end-user computing environments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft-based environments, identity and access management and common business productivity applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Experience using IT service management tools or ticketing systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within defined procedures and service standards.
