Finance Manager
Job Description
As a key member of the Resort Finance leadership team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day finance operations of one of Australia’s most unique tourism destinations. Partnering closely with operational leaders, you’ll drive financial performance, strengthen governance and controls, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and provide commercial insights that support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and making a genuine impact in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Duties
- Lead the finance function for Ayers Rock Resort, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance and reporting.
- Manage the full month-end process, including journals, reconciliations, analysis and financial reporting.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial insights and drive financial performance.
- Lead and develop the onsite finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Champion finance system enhancements, process automation and business improvement initiatives.
