Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Project planning & scheduling: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed timelines and milestones for lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia resources.
2. Content development coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and writers to develop, review, and refine curriculum content.
3. Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary liaison between internal production and functional teams and external stakeholders (freelancers, vendors).
4. Risk mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks (scope creep, resource limitations) and create mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
5. Budget & resource management: Monitor project budgets, manage vendor contracts, and ensure efficient use of personnel and materials.
6. Reporting and documentation: To be well-versed in creating scope documents and project plans.
