Job Description
We are looking for an Insight Analyst with strong SQL skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. In this role, you will analyze and interpret iGaming data to identify trends, support strategic decision-making, and help optimize business performance and player experience.
In this role, you are going to:
- Act as a dedicated analyst for the CRM team, serving as the first point of contact for all data and insight needs
- Participate in CRM team rituals and planning meetings to ensure analytical support is aligned with business priorities
- Gather, process, and analyze large volumes of iGaming-related data to conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses across various aspects of the business, providing insights into performance, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
- Calculate and evaluate ROI, and potential revenue gains or losses of business initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze assigned financial, behavioral, and engagement KPIs of customers across multiple business units
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and provide actionable recommendations based on findings
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner using storytelling and/or visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, including marketing, CRM, product, customer support, and commercial teams
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis
- Independently manage analytical tasks and communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively
- Contribute to improving analytical processes, reporting quality, and documentation standards
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, product analytics or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Knowledge of at least one visualization tool: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience performing KPI analysis, segmentation, trend analysis, or performance monitoring
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience working with CRM data including customer lifecycle, retention/engagement metrics, and familiarity with iGaming mechanics such as bonusing and segmentation
- Familiarity with statistical concepts, experimentation methodologies, and A/B testing
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar
- Experience with Python or similar scripting language for data manipulation and automation
