Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Source relevant candidate profiles based on the job descriptions provided.
2. Use multiple sourcing channels including:Job portals, LinkedIn / X-ray search, Internal databases, Social media and Referrals.
3. Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fit, skills, and experience.
4. Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
7. Ensure smooth communication and candidate engagement during all hiring stages.
8. Handle salary discussions and support offer negotiations.
9. Manage the process from sourcing to offer rollout and successful candidate joining.
10. Track candidate status and maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
11. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
