Video Editing Mentor

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Conduct mentoring sessions 3 days per week
• Review and provide constructive feedback on editing assignments
• Teach editing techniques, storytelling, pacing, and post-production workflows
• Assist learners in building demo reels and professional portfolios
• Share industry best practices and career development advice

Required Qualifications
• 1+ years of video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects
• Understanding of post-production workflows and visual storytelling
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Availability to work three days per week consistently

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior mentoring, teaching, or coaching experience
• Experience working with students or junior creatives
