Account Manager US Accounting

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Perform account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and Tally.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve accounting queries and provide financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
• CPA Certification (Completed) – Mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 3+ years of experience in US Accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Tally, and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
• Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
