Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
1). Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for enterprise clients, building deep relationships with key decision-makers and executives.
2). Driving revenue growth involves identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts, introducing new products or services.
3). As a KAM, you are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets assigned to your key accounts.
4). Develop and execute tailored account strategies to align the software’s capabilities with the client’s long-term business objectives.
5). An important objective for a KAM is to identify and manage potential risks within key accounts.
