Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the creation of high-quality, visually compelling design solutions across digital and print platforms during night shift operations
2. Develop and present strong visual concepts that align with brand identity and project objectives
3. Maintain consistency and cohesion of visual identity across all design deliverables
4. Mentor junior designers, provide constructive creative feedback, and help elevate overall team performance
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product teams across different time zones
6. Manage complex design projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring accuracy, creativity, and timely execution during overnight hours
7. Handle urgent creative requests and ensure deadlines are met within night shift schedules
8. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry standards to continuously improve creative output Skill(s) required
