Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital products, marketing campaigns, presentations, and brand materials, ensuring consistency with CITS branding and project requirements. Daily tasks include designing graphics and layouts, developing logos and visual identities, selecting and applying typography, and preparing assets for web, mobile, and print use. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals, while iterating on feedback and maintaining design standards. The Graphic Designer will also support the evolution of design guidelines and contribute ideas to enhance user experience and visual storytelling across CITS ventures.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and brand-focused work.
- Ability to design logos and develop Branding concepts aligned with business and product objectives.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for digital and print media.
- Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design practices is highly beneficial.
- Attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and the ability to iterate based on feedback.
- Comfort working remotely, managing deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
