Job Description
Responsibilities
• Reach out to decision-makers by phone using direct contact numbers
• Conduct discovery calls to assess interest and fit
• Build and maintain relationships with potential leads
• Prepare marketing analyses
• Continue developing knowledge in IT marketing and sales
Requirements
• Ideally, you have completed training in sales
• You are motivated, disciplined, and patient
• You work in an organised, dependable, and proactive way
• You communicate confidently and enjoy interacting with customers and teammates
• You can think through target-group insights and understand complex IT products
• You have a basic grasp of digital workflows and remote work practices
• You speak German at C2 or native level and English at business level
Working conditions
The role is full time at 35 to 40 hours per week and is fully remote. Communication is expected in the CET time zone, centered on Berlin, with a maximum time difference of plus or minus 2 hours.
