Job Description

Responsibilities
• Create enchanting and impactful web experiences that resonate with users.
• Partner with marketing, development, and product teams to build website and landing pages that are both functional and beautiful.
• Craft unique storytelling moments and delightful interactions for Atlan.com and associated marketing websites.
• Take ownership in developing and expanding our design systems, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Partner with the brand design team on branding initiatives to elevate our visual identity.
• Improve the user experience end-to-end across all digital touch points

What makes you a great match for us
• You have 2+ years of experience designing interactive websites, ideally at a tech-forward, product-driven company.
• You have exceptional visual, UI, UX, motion, and interactive design skills.
• You have a strong foundation in the formal elements of design, encompassing typography, layout, balance, and proportion.
• You have critical thinking skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and find effective solutions.
• You are skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work
• You have a portfolio showcasing landing pages, design systems, engaging microsites, UI libraries, CSS art, or other visual and web-facing projects.
• You have an impeccable eye for design, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the craft.
