Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works directly with an Art Director and/or Sr. Designer to implement established brand identities to a wide variety of projects and clients
• Brainstorm ideas and concepts that will help develop brand identity
• Creates brand concepts and design solutions
• Understands business and strategic goals for the client
• Takes the lead on select projects, managing time effectively across competing deadlines and remaining mindful of project budgets and scope
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represents the agency at creative/professional/civic functions
• Stays up to date on design trends and technologies
ACCOUNTABLE
• Quality and accuracy of clients’ projects, as well as the agency’s overall creative output
QUALIFICATIONS
• Self-starter who has a high sense of ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in design preferred, or related field experience that demonstrates clear knowledge of print and web production and design processes and procedures
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite
• 3-5 years experience working in an agency environment or related internal position
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong analytical skills — critical thinker with ability to proactively solve problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and switch tasks frequently
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Hands-on experience using A.I. tools to support and enhance the creative process
