Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, primarily in the US market.
  • Provide professional customer support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Communicate effectively with customers while adhering to company guidelines and processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Meet performance, quality, and productivity targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Neutral accent and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and communication tools.
  • Stable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
