Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, primarily in the US market.
- Provide professional customer support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Communicate effectively with customers while adhering to company guidelines and processes.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Meet performance, quality, and productivity targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Neutral accent and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and communication tools.
- Stable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
