Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound client calls
- Manage appointments, scheduling and coordination
- Maintain accurate practice records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Support daily administrative operations
Key Requirements
- Fluent, professional spoken English with a clear, neutral phone manner that’s easily understood by Australian clients — assessed as part of the mandatory video submission
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients
- Comfortable handling continuous phone-based communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- At least 5 years’ experience in customer service, client relations or administrative support
