Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to maximize market penetration and business expansion.
• Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities with Dermatologists, Skin Clinics, Cosmetic Centers, Hospitals, and Channel Partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular market research to analyze competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging industry trends.
• Plan and manage daily field activities, customer visits, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
• Promote skincare products and aesthetic technologies including Lasers, Diode Systems, Ultrasound, RF, HIFU, and Collagen Remodeling Devices.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Participate in conferences, CMEs, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
• Execute additional business initiatives assigned by management from time to time.
