Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive direct sales to Key Accounts within an established territory and to achieve personal sales budget.
- Sales of our own wines to new and existing customers.
- Work with the WA State Sales Manager and Sales Director to ensure account objectives are met.
- Review sales achievement (actual) against budgets and take corrective action where necessary.
- Participate in tastings of selected wines from the portfolio.
- Wine tastings in store at at various events
- Taking part in Promotional opportunities such as wine shows
The Successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be a proven performer in a sales focused role.
Skills required:-
- Proven experience in sales is considered essential and proven track record
- Ability to exercise initiative and solve problems
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills, persuasive/sales ability
- Friendly, strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to work in a team and/or alone.
- Able to work in a pressured environment
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast past paced and busy organisation
- Knowledge of the Wine Industry is desirable
