Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Drive all design phases, including space planning and technical detailing, aligned with hospitality standards and design intent.

2. Collaborate with team leaders and directors to meet brand standards and client requirements.

3. Coordinate with consultants and clients to manage timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.

4. Supervise production of tender and construction drawing sets, specifications, and CAD packages.

5. Review shop drawings, material samples, strike-offs, and FFE templates for design compliance.

6. Manage project resources and timelines, handling multiple high-pressure projects.

7. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing feedback and professional guidance.

8. Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations with effective communication.

9. Oversee CAD specialists and maintain drawing libraries and templates.

10. Enforce office drawing standards and manage archive files for consistency and quality control.
