Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Create designs for Instagram, YouTube, landing pages, website, emails, presentations, banners etc.
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Iteration and optimization of designs according to results of campaigns
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are impactful and on-brand


Who you are

  • Proven graphic designing experience in a digital marketing environment
  • A strong design portfolio
  • Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience working with Figma
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience and knowledge of marketing, advertising and promotions
