Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented and passionate Director, UX Design  to join our team who has a deep understanding of UX principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. As a UX Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s global dot-com presence by defining design strategies and leading the creation of cohesive, end to end, human centered experiences. To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of current UX trends.

You will be responsible for project engagements including deliverables such as concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, specifications, engagement agreements, and timelines.
Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocating user centered design industry best practices and effectively managing design resources.Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and user flows.Develop visually appealing and brand consistent designs, including layouts, typography, and graphics.Work closely with cross functional teams including developers, project managers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.Work closely with the design team to implement enterprise level design systems similar to the Carbon Design System in all solutions.
